Changes to the API contract, newest first. While v1 is in preview, a change may not be compatible with the previous one: here we will say when it is and when it isn’t.

First published version of the contract (`api_version: "2026-09-24"`), awaiting sign-off from the first customer.

- OAuth2 `client_credentials` authentication and six scopes.
- Sites, zones and muster points.
- Alerts: query, and acknowledge or close from the customer’s control room.
- Evacuations: state, headcount, ruled-out points and who is missing.
- Workers, watches and latest visible positions.
- Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256, with retries for 24 hours and secret rotation without downtime.
- Replay of events from the last 30 days with `GET /v1/events`.
- Sandbox with SOS, fall, heat stress and full evacuation scenarios.
