First published version of the contract (api_version: "2026-09-24"), awaiting sign-off from the first customer.

• OAuth2 client_credentials authentication and six scopes.
• Sites, zones and muster points.
• Alerts: query, and acknowledge or close from the customer’s control room.
• Evacuations: state, headcount, ruled-out points and who is missing.
• Workers, watches and latest visible positions.
• Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256, with retries for 24 hours and secret rotation without downtime.
• Replay of events from the last 30 days with GET /v1/events.
• Sandbox with SOS, fall, heat stress and full evacuation scenarios.
